At Butter of Sheba, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. Monday- Saturday: 10AM- 8PM

Sunday: 12PM- 6PM

Same-Day Local/Hand Delivery:

All orders placed for local hand delivery will be delivered within 24hrs and must show proof of age (21+) with selfie and photo ID. During normal operating conditions, orders placed by 7:45pm EST (Monday- Saturday), 5:45pm EST (Sunday) are guaranteed to deliver same day.  Once your order is placed, Customer Service will reach out to you to set up delivery time for your order. 

We deliver to areas in Washington DC, Virginia, and Maryland.  Delivery fees are calculated on the checkout screen and are based upon locale ranging from $10 - $100. If your destination is outside of our normal delivery range, Customer Service will contact you on how to proceed with you order.

Edible products: 

Due to the Covid-19: We are not allowing returns on any of the edible products.

Skincare products:

Due to the Covid-19: We are not allowing returns on any of the skincare/body products. 

Please note that due to heat exposure, some oils/ butters will separate. If you experience this, refrigerate for 2-3 hours and product will return to original texture.
